Taro chef console has an excellent messaging feature. Your customers can send you a message to ask a question or make a special request through the in-app messaging. You can view all these messages on your chef console as well as in your foodie app on the phone. Here's how you can respond to customers' messages through the chef console:
STEP 1: Go to 'Messages' from your dashboard's sidebar menu. You will find all the messages from customers here.
STEP 2: Click on any foodie's name to view the message thread on the right.
You will also receive an e-mail notification whenever a customer sends you a message. Try to respond to messages as quickly as possible to increase customer engagement and loyalty. Foodies really appreciate if they get answers to their questions quickly - it also helps them make a purchase decision sooner.
